Privacy Policy
This policy explains the categories of information Yuva Club uses to operate supervised youth leadership programs.
Information is used to administer accounts, provide program activities, support student safety, communicate with families, track authorized progress, and operate and secure the service.
School-age participation requires parent or guardian involvement. Access is limited by role, and official AI-assisted feedback remains subject to authorized human review.
Personal information is not sold. Information may be handled by service providers needed to operate the platform, or disclosed when required for safety, security, or legal compliance.
Information is retained only as needed for program, safety, operational, and legal purposes. Administrative, technical, and access controls are used to protect it.
A parent, guardian, or eligible account holder may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by using the contact method on the Contact page.
